  Very dry food, and cold. I work in a kitchen, and by law all their food is to be a certain temperature. If you eat here, do not eat and meat, shrimp, or and fish. You are risking severe illness. When food is not heated properly it grows bacteria, bad bacteria. Not to mention all the germs, dead skin, hair and dandruff that falls off of people as they use the buffet. Very unsanitary, I cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like. If their buffet is what come from that kitchen, just imagine what the kitchen looks like. Stay away from this restraunt.

  We love Chen's! We find everything to be tasty and have never been sick after eating here. Don't let the bad reviews stop you from trying it. We have eaten here weekly for the past 3 years and the service is the best you'll find anywhere!

  It was disgusting worst Chinese buffet I have ever been to food was old and cold. If that wasn't bad enough had to pay adult price for my 8 year old and only like a dollar less for my 5 year old
